Dashboard
The dashboard contains a selection of the most common tasks of the products of the zebNet® NewsTurbo Product Family and also provides you with some basic information.
Status Overview
The status overview section of the dashboard provides you a quick and easy status of the application.
Total Lists
Displays the total mailing lists that you have created in the application.
Total Subscribers:
Displays the count of all subscribers of all available mailing lists.
Total Newsletters:
Displays the count of all composed newsletters since installing the application.
Total Sent Emails:
Displays the count of all sent newsletters since installing the application.
Last Sent:
Displays the date of the last sent newsletter.
Last Receive:
Displays the date of the last download of the subscriber data.
Last Bounce:
Displays the date of the last download of the bounce-back emails.
Section: What would you like to do?
This section gives you access to the most common tasks of the application.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the section "Compose Message" where you can compose a new newsletter that should be sent to your subscribers.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the section "Send" where you can send a composed message to your subscribers.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Scheduled Tasks" section where you will find all available zebNet NewsTurbo tasks that have been scheduled on your computer.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "History" section where you can view all previously sent mailings.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Manage List" section where you can manage your mailings lists and all of its subscribers.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Import" section where you can import subscriber addresses to a mailing list.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Export" section where you can export subscriber addresses from a mailing list.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Manage Subscriptions" section where you can download new subscribers as well as new cancellations.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Manage Bounce Backs" section where you can download new bounce-back emails.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Manage Complaints" section where you can manage Feedback Loop (FBL) complaints.
When clicking on it, you will be forwarded to the "Manage List Server" section where you can manage the zebNet NewsTurbo List Server.
When clicking on it, the application preferences window is displayed where you set the application preferences.
Section: Additional information and options
This section gives you access to some additional application options.
SMTP Accounts
Displays the count of all available SMTP accounts. When clicking on "Create a new account" you will be able to create a new SMTP account.
POP3 Accounts
Displays the count of all available POP3 accounts. When clicking on "Create a new account" you will be able to create a new POP3 account.
FTP Accounts*
Displays the count of all available FTP accounts. When clicking on "Create a new account" you will be able to create a new FTP account.
Blacklisted Email Addresses
Displays the count of all email addresses that have been blacklisted. When clicking on "Go to Blacklist" you will be able to manage the blacklist.
Blacklisted Domain Names
Displays the count of all domain names that have been blacklisted. When clicking on "Go to Blacklist" you will be able to manage the blacklist.
Last Created Backup
Displays the date of the last created application data backup. When clicking on "Create a backup now", you will be able to create a new backup of your application data.
