This windows allows you to blacklist email addresses as well as domain names. Blacklisted email addresses and domain names will be skipped when sending a message therefore those email addresses/domain names will be excluded from the send process.
Email Addresses
Enter or remove email addresses that you wish to have blacklisted. Every email address that is listed/entered here will not receive any email when sending out a mailing. For example, if you have an active subscriber with email address "joe@bloggs.com" in any available mailing list and this email address is also listed in the blacklist, the user won't receive an email even if this is an active subscriber. On the other side, the user "fred@bloggs.com" would receive the email because the domain name isn't blacklisted.
Domain Names
Enter or remove domain names that you wish to have blacklisted. Every user that uses an email address with a domain name that is listed/entered here will not receive any email when sending out a mailing. For example, if you have an active subscriber with email address "joe@bloggs.com" in any available mailing list and the domain name "bloggs.com" is also listed in the blacklist, the user won't receive an email even if this is an active subscriber. Even the user "fred@bloggs.com" wouldn't receive the email because the domain name is blacklisted. On the other side, the user "joe@bloggs.net" would receive the email.
You can enter as many entries you want from both email addresses as well as domain names. Please note if you have blacklisted the user "joe@bloggs.com" as well as the domain name "bloggs.com" and you wish to remove the user from the blacklist, you have to remove both entries, the email address as well as the domain name. If you would just remove one of these entries, the user would be still blacklisted.
Include known disposable email address providers*
Allows you to include all known disposable email address providers to the blacklist. By enabling this option, you will be protected against trash email addresses because any known disposable email address will be excluded when sending out a newsletter.
Depending on your settings in "Manage Subscriptions", this feature also allows you to ignore subscription requests from all known disposable email addresses so you always have an accurate mailing list only with real email addresses.
This features uses a zebNet managed and highly reliable trash email database that is updated on a regular basis.
Please note that you won't have access to the actual email addresses and/or domain names that are included in the trash email database. Therefore, you also can't add or remove specific email addresses and/or specific domain names to/from this database.
*This feature/option is only available in zebNet NewsTurbo Pro and zebNet NewsTurbo Server.
