This section allows you to manage all available scheduled tasks that have been created with zebNet NewsTurbo on your machine.

Task Overview

The task overview gives you a quick and easy overview of all created scheduled tasks.

Type

Displays the kind of task, Newsletter Sending, Manage Subscriptions, Manage Bounce Backs or Manage Complaints.

List

Displays the mailing list that is associated with this task.

Status

Displays the current status of the task, e.g. Running, Ready etc.

Triggers

Displays the trigger that have been specified for the tasks, e.g. Daily, Weekly etc.

Next Run Time

Displays the date and the time when the tasks will be executed at next.

Last Run Time

Displays the date and the time of the last task execution.

Manage an existing Task

You can easily manage any existing task by clicking on it with your right mouse-button. The available management options for a task depends on the current state of the task. All available management options are listed below:

Email Preview

If the selected task is a "Newsletter Sending" task, you will be able to preview the email that will be sent when executing the task.

Run

This immediately runs the selected task. This option is only available if the task has an active trigger and is enabled.

End

This immediately ends the selected task. This option is only available if the task is currently running.

Enable

This enables the selected task with the specified trigger so it can be executed at the next run time. This option is only available if the task has an active trigger and is currently disabled.

Disable

This disables the selected task so it won't be executed at the next run time. This option is only available if the task has an active trigger and is currently enabled.

Delete

This deletes the selected task and any associated triggers from your system.

Add Trigger

This adds a trigger to the selected task. This option is only available if the task has currently no active trigger.

Remove Trigger

This removes the associated trigger from the task so it won't be executed at the next run time. This option is only available if the selected task has currently an active trigger.

Refresh

This refreshes the task overview and retrieves all current states of all available tasks.
