User Activity Logging

The user activity logging is used to determine the user activity to be logged and to view logged user activities. User activity logging is organized into two tabs:

Settings

In the Settings tab, you define which user activities should be logged.

User Activity

Describes the internal application name of the corresponding user activity.

Description

Describes the appropriate user activity in detail.

User Activity Log

On the User Activity Log tab, you can view logged user activities in detail and filter them if needed.

Date range

Specifies the date range for which the results should be displayed.

User name

Specifies the user for whom the results should be displayed.

Activity type

Specifies the activity type for which the results should be displayed.

Display Results

Displays the result for the selected options.

Results overview

The results overview shows all relevant results based on your selection and separates them according to time stamp, activity type and the user name. By right-clicking on the results overview, you will be offered further options.

Open

Opens a new window that displays detailed information about the selected user activity entry.

Delete

Deletes all selected user activity entries.
