Microsoft Outlook PST File

To export emails to a Microsoft Outlook PST file on your system or network, you must specify the appropriate Microsoft Outlook PST file in the export window. Please note that Microsoft Outlook must be installed on your system so that you can use this feature.

Export to a new Microsoft Outlook PST File

Specifies that the selected emails should be exported to a new Microsoft Outlook PST file that is not already present. The corresponding Microsoft Outlook PST file is created during the export process.

Export to an existing Microsoft Outlook PST File

Specifies that the selected emails should be exported to an existing Microsoft Outlook PST file. In this case, the existing Microsoft Outlook PST file will be appended with the emails to be exported.

File location

Determines the full file name of the corresponding Microsoft Outlook PST file. This can either be entered manually into the text field, or by clicking on "Save as ..." or "Select file ...".

To export the emails, simply click the OK button. Depending on the amount of data, the export process may take some time. In the case of a very large amount of data, this process may even take several hours.

The export process is carried out in a new window in which you can always monitor the current status of the process.
