MBOX File

To export emails to a MBOX file on your system or network, you must specify the appropriate MBOX file in the export window.

Export to a new MBOX File

Specifies that the selected emails should be exported to a newMBOX file that is not already present. The corresponding MBOX file is created during the export process.

Export to an existing MBOX File

Specifies that the selected emails should be exported to an existing MBOX file. In this case, the existing MBOX file will be appended with the emails to be exported.

File location

Determines the full file name of the corresponding MBOX file. This can either be entered manually into the text field, or by clicking on "Save as ..." or "Select file ...".

To export the emails, simply click the OK button. Depending on the amount of data, the export process may take some time. In the case of a very large amount of data, this process may even take several hours.

The export process is carried out in a new window in which you can always monitor the current status of the process.
