To export emails to a Microsoft Exchange mailbox, specify the appropriate Microsoft Exchange mailbox in the export window.


Account information

Select whether you want to enter the account information manually or whether you want to export to an existing Microsoft Exchange mailbox that has already been added in the profiles section. If you have not already added a Microsoft Exchange profile, you only have the option to manually enter the account information


Host

Enter the server name of the Microsoft Exchange Server, such as: "exchange.mydomain.tld". Please ask your administrator if you do not have this information.


Autodiscover

Determine whether the server name should be detected automatically based on your email address and password. In such a case, it is not necessary to enter the server name manually. However, depending on how the corresponding Microsoft Exchange Server was configured, automatic discovery may be disabled. If in doubt, please ask your administrator.


Email address

Enter the email address of your Microsoft Exchange mailbox.


Password

Enter the corresponding password for your Microsoft Exchange mailbox.


Test Account Settings

We recommend you to test your account settings to ensure that the given information is correct. Your emails cannot be exported if the given information is incorrect therefore, please click the Test Account Settings button to perform the test.


To export the emails, simply click the OK button. Depending on the amount of data and of your internet connection speed, the export process may take some time. In the case of a very large amount of data, this process may even take several hours.


The export process is carried out in a new window in which you can always monitor the current status of the process.
