MailShelf allows you to quickly and easily create new profiles, from which emails should be archived and provides you a wide range of possibilities. Already existing profiles can also be edited quickly and easily.
Each created profile represents a separate archiving task, which can be executed either manually or automatically on a schedule schedule. When you run a profile for the first time, a new individual archive is created as part of your entire archive. If the execution of a profile is repeated, the corresponding profile will be appended by newly received emails.
If you no longer need a profile, it can also be easily deleted. Deleting a profile has no effect on already archived messages. Even if a profile is deleted, all archived messages remain in the archive and can be deleted there if necessary.
The Profiles tab is separated into several areas for an easy navigation and an intuitive operation.
