Microsoft Outlook

To export emails to a local Microsoft Outlook installation, you must select the corresponding Microsoft Outlook Storage in the export window. Please note that Microsoft Outlook must be installed on your system.

Select the storage from the drop down list in which the emails should be exported. All the storages that are available in your local Microsoft Outlook installation are displayed in this this list.

To export the emails, simply click the OK button. Depending on the amount of data, the export process may take some time. In the case of a very large amount of data, this process may even take several hours.

The export process is carried out in a new window in which you can always monitor the current status of the process.
