zebNet provides technical support for a period of 45 days after the purchase of the product at no charge.


After the 45-day initial support period, support will only be provided to those customers who have purchased a maintenance agreement.


Most issues can be resolved by reading this documentation and by reading the articles that are available in our knowledge base. Please make sure you have read at least the relevant section of this documentation and that you have checked our knowledge base for solutions to commonly asked questions before contacting zebNet technical support.


We will not be able to respond to any support requests if the answer has already been described in a section of this documentation or in an article in our knowledge base.
